tk333 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the tk333 website accessible at https://tk333.bar, including all pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, and services available therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk333 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the tk333 platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, virtual game, or any other wagering product available on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet token, cashback offer, deposit match, or other incentive issued by tk333 to a Player's account.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's tk333 account, deposited via supported payment methods.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as operated under Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for certain account actions.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 9 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of tk333, including but not limited to network outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service interruptions.

By accessing the tk333 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you complete the registration process.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions, tournaments, or product areas available on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail only in respect of that product, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to that person or entity accordingly.

To be eligible to register and use the tk333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing tk333 account that has been suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of tk333 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are of sound mind and are not wagering under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

tk333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the tk333 platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. tk333 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect contact or identity information provided by the Player.

tk333 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not confer any right to use the platform permanently; access may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms.

By submitting your registration information, you consent to tk333 processing that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tk333 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activities conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk333 immediately by contacting [email protected].

tk333 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password. Any such communication purporting to be from tk333 and requesting your credentials is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords such as your date of birth or phone number.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Do not save your login credentials in unsecured browsers or on shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to [email protected] without delay.

tk333 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to a Player's account within 60 seconds of successful MFS confirmation. tk333 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment source must be registered in your own name and match your verified account identity.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. tk333 reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at tk333's discretion.
• tk333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or MFS providers.
• Chargeback requests filed against tk333 by a Player will result in immediate account suspension.
• Deposits made in error may be reversible upon written request to [email protected], subject to review.

tk333 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. These include, but are not limited to, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet tokens, reload bonuses, and seasonal vouchers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum bonus amounts — take precedence over this general section in respect of that particular offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used before real-money funds are wagered.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and permanent account closure.
• tk333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless expressly permitted.
• Winnings generated from bonus bets are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn.

Players who suspect a technical error in bonus crediting must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of the issue arising. Claims raised after this window may not be investigated.

All bets placed on the tk333 platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that event or game.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. tk333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a void outcome applies under the relevant sport rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, tk333's decision — informed by official data sources and game provider records — is final and binding.
• tk333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by pricing errors, data feed errors, or manifest system mistakes, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed by the system.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to acceptance at the prevailing odds at the time the bet is received by the system, not necessarily the odds displayed at the moment of submission.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and may vary. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be amended at any time.
• tk333 reserves the right to limit the wagering activity of any Player at its sole discretion, including imposing reduced maximum bet limits or declining individual wagers without providing a reason.

For cricket betting specifically, all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international bilateral series markets are governed by the official match result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Rain rules, DLS method outcomes, and abandoned match rules are applied in accordance with those governing bodies' regulations.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk333 platform:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems to interact with the platform in any way not provided by the official interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any wagering strategy designed to exploit bonus terms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Making abusive, threatening, or offensive communications to tk333 staff or other platform users.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing access to another person.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name to make deposits or receive withdrawals.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written authorisation.
• Use any tk333 branding, logo, or trade name in any external publication, website, or marketing material.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice from any platform content.

Any unauthorised use of tk333 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may attract legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, network outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement decisions subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party MFS providers or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any action taken by tk333 in good faith pursuant to its AML, KYC, or Responsible Gaming obligations.
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss arising from the suspension or closure of your account.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

tk333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Players. All amendments are effective from the date of publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the tk333 platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must cease use of the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

tk333 may also make changes to platform features, game offerings, payment methods, bonus structures, and betting markets at any time. Such changes do not constitute an amendment to these Terms unless the Terms themselves are altered accordingly.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law and the laws relevant to the jurisdiction under which tk333 operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the tk333 support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. tk333's decision on all platform-related disputes — including but not limited to bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility — is final and binding pending any arbitration outcome.

Nothing in this clause restricts a Player's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in relation to tk333's intellectual property rights or its confidentiality obligations under the Privacy Policy.
